At West Pear Interiors, we strive to provide exceptional interior design services to our clients. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:
Service Unavailability:
In the event that we are unable to provide the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues, natural disasters, or other unavoidable situations, a full refund will be issued to the client.
Client Dissatisfaction:
If a client is dissatisfied with the service provided, they must communicate their concerns and reasons for dissatisfaction before the allotted revisions are completed.
We will thoroughly review the client’s concerns and strive to address them to the best of our ability.
If, after reasonable efforts to address the client’s concerns, they remain dissatisfied, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
Refunds for dissatisfaction will only be considered if the client has provided valid reasons for their dissatisfaction and has communicated these reasons before the allotted revisions are completed.
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction if the client has already approved the final design or if the allotted revisions have been completed.

Provide detailed information about the reason for your refund request, including any relevant documentation or evidence.
Our team will review your request and respond to you in a timely manner.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
